How This Works

  • Group size would vary from 3-6 members
  • We accept people with minimum experience of 7 years in our group sessions
  • Group coaching participants generally are business owners, regional and area managers from various corporates
  • Once payment is made, we would be co ordinating to confirm date for starting

  • We would be holding one session per week

  • The schedule for the entire course would be finalised prior to starting

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be online at a certain time to take the course?

Yes, that is how the group coaching format works. The timings of the batch will be confirmed with all participants and will be arranged as suitable to all.

Will there be LIVE teaching?

Yes. Our group sessions are LIVE and are based around participation and peer-to-peer learning.

How many hours per week are required for the programs?

Approximately 1.5 hours per week are required for each program – one hour of group session and some time for you to think over the short assignment given to you and practice out the same with your colleagues.

When will I get my certificate after the course?

You will receive your certificate 2-3 weeks after successful completion of the program, including a PDF copy and a link for sharing your achievement with your LinkedIn network.

If I miss the live sessions, how will I catchup with the program progress?

If you are are unable to attend any session, you can join in another group where the session you missed would be conduced.

Can I access the program material once it is over?

Yes. Once the program is over, you can still visit the program archive to look through the materials and video content.

Is there any grading system to get the certification?

No. However, successful completion of the course (with certificate) requires participation in all mandatory modules.

What is the eligibility criteria to enroll?

You will need to be a working professional with a minimum of 5 years of work experience to qualify for our programs. You can be residing in any part of the globe – we will try and fit you into a batch best suited to enrich your experience during the coaching program.
