Pre-Coaching sessions helped me to reinforce my own understanding on the Body Language and its significance.
During the Actual Sessions – the blend coaching and demonstrations was very effective.
I am trying to practice the actions we zeroed down upon – Specially inputs regarding voice modeling and word spacing.
The focus on prep before important ppt/meetings and body language dos and don’t will prove very effective.
Overall, this program is helping me immensely to improve my confidence in public speaking and making it more impactful.
