What is group coaching?

Group coaching combines cohort-based learning with individual coaching support.
Participants meet as a group at regular intervals with an experienced coach to discuss and practise key concepts relevant to their roles. Alongside the group sessions, each participant also has one-on-one coaching conversations with the coach to review progress, address individual challenges, and work on personalised practice inputs.

Who is this service for?

Group coaching is designed for managers who share similar responsibilities or face
comparable challenges – either within the same function or across functions. Typically, participants are nominated by the reporting senior or HR, based on observed development needs and organisational priorities.

Will I receive certification for the course?

Yes, certificate of completion is awarded to all participants who enrol for our coaching program. We however expect you to attend and learn during the sessions.

Is a pre-assessment conducted for group coaching?

Yes. We follow a structured pre-assessment process for group coaching as well. This includes assessments and discussions that help the coach understand both individual and collective patterns within the group. The insights from the pre-assessment guide how topics are customised for group sessions and which themes are better addressed during one-on-one conversations.

How do I know which batch to enrol for?

Simple! Speak with our team, we are here to help. We will understand a bit about your background, your personality and strengths and suggest the best suitable module for you.

How do I know whether personal or group coaching is required for my team?

Personal coaching is most effective when an individual needs focused reflection, targeted feedback, or specific tools to move forward in their career journey.Group coaching is more suitable when similar behavioural patterns or challenges are observed across multiple managers. In such cases, coaching together allows participants to reflect collectively, learn from shared experiences, and align their approach more effectively.

What if I miss a session?

We have regular sessions happening at all times. We can provide you the option for completing the missed session by attending another batch online or offline for that day’s content.

How do I get visibility into the progress of the group?

A detailed progress tracker is shared with the reporting manager and HR, outlining session objectives, practice exercises, and overall progress of the group.In addition, structured review conversations are scheduled during the coaching engagement to share observations, individual progress highlights, and overall impact.

What if I want a topic other than the options provided?

Our team specialises in designing coaching programs that are aligned with specific
organisational and team requirements.You are welcome to share your expectations and focus areas, and we will tailor the group coaching approach accordingly, as long as the requirement falls within our areas of expertise.
